To My Darling features 4 different endings. These endings are determined based on the choices made during the story’s climax. The decisions made in the first half of the game may impact the character interactions or scenes, but they do not change the endings themselves.

Please note that the walkthrough below may contain spoilers and is not recommended to utilize on a first playthrough.

ENDING ONE (3 CGs)
Ending 1 requires Mimiko to decline Aoi's advances and escape the classroom as soon as she can. The choices made are as follows:

❥ "I don't want that."
❥ (This choice has no impact.)
❥ (Either choice.)
❥ "Take her hand."
ENDING TWO (1 CG)
Ending 2 is the easiest to get, as all it requires is Mimiko accepting Aoi's confession. Only one choice has to be made for this ending, that being:

❥ "That sounds wonderful."
ENDINGS THREE & FOUR (4 CGs total)
Endings 3 and 4 require Mimiko to deny Aoi's confession and take Aoi's box cutter rather than Kyouko's hand when she appears.

❥ “I don’t want that.”
❥ (This choice has no impact.)
❥ (Either choice.)
❥ “Take the box cutter.”

At this point, Mimiko is given two options that correlate to each ending.

❥ ENDING THREE — “Take the box cutter.”
❥ ENDING FOUR — “Take her away.”
