"Listen to me, Penelope: if you ever find yourself losing your way, do not follow the crows. They will lead you straight to death."

What seems to be a simple errand to town goes wrong, and Penelope's  reality is turned inside out. Lost and distraught in the middle of a storm, with only a crow as her single guiding light, she stumbles her way into an unfamiliar sight. In a sea of dead trees is a house: drenched in blood, covered in top to bottom in flesh and viscera. Although it provides shelter from the rain, the house and its sole occupant leave Penelope with far more questions than answers. 
Will she look deeper into the mysteries, or will she run away?
Do all stories have to come to an end?

"Goodnight, Penelope. Let us talk tomorrow."
